General Questions

1.) What are your store hours?

Our store is open Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m. However, we do respond to questions beyond business hours.

2.) Are your card singles authentic?

Yes! Our card singles are guaranteed to be authentic. We get our sealed products from reputable distributors.


Ordering & Shipping

1.) How long does it take to process an order?

It takes at least an hour or so for an order to be packed & ready for handover to the courier.

2.) Do you ship cards, and what are your shipping rates?

Yes, we ship locally, and the table below shows the rates we follow. It already includes a P500.00 declaration value.


Declaring the value of the package matters for insurance claims. It's an additional P5 per 500 value of the package.

3.) What courier do you use & what can I expect?

J&T is our main courier. If orders are ready for shipping early, they can be booked & shipped within the day if not the next day.

For Lalamove & the likes, for real-time delivery. For insurance considerations and other associated reasons, you will be the one to make the delivery booking.

4.) Do you offer international shipping?

No for now.

5.) Why was my order canceled?

System issues. To protect our business, we reserve the right to cancel the order if prices have gone up by 100% or more. We will notify you right away if this occurs. In the event that no other solution is found, you will receive a complete refund.

Product issues. We will contact you right away if a card single does not satisfy quality standards (for example, if it is posted as M-NM but the actual card has scratches) and wait for a mutually agreeable solution before packing your orders to be sent to the courier.

Clerical error. Yes, we make mistakes, but we always do our hardest to deliver excellent service. We will notify you right away.

6.) How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can go to J&T's website to check the status of your shipment.

7.) When will my order arrive?

The table below shows the official lead times J&T has published, although actual may vary. For Luzon orders, next-day delivery was experienced.


Palawan lead time is based on 1-5 days plus additional 15 days.

8.) Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, as long as we haven’t handed over the package to the courier yet. Please send us a message so we can assist.

9.) Mode of payments accepted?

Credit cards / Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa 

E-Wallets: Gcash, Maya, ShopeePay & GrabPay

10.) Do you offer COD?

As of now, we don’t offer COD.

11.) What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

You can message us if you have any questions about your order. We do, however, need an unboxing video. Although we always take great care when handling orders, once they are turned over to the courier, we have no control over them, and they are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. We shall not be held responsible for the courier's mistreatment or loss of the package, hence we strongly advise declaring the package worth to them for insurance claims purposes.

12.) Will you help with the insurance claims?
